1. General Refund Policy
All bookings and purchases made through this website are subject to this Refunds Policy. Refunds are offered at the discretion of the owner and in accordance with UK consumer law.
We do not offer automatic refunds, but we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving:
- Exceptional personal circumstances
- Errors in booking (e.g. duplicate payment)
- Service cancellations made by Trauma Reset
2. Cancellations and Missed Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rebooking unless due to exceptional circumstances.
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
3. Digital Courses and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (including courses, recordings, or workbooks), no refunds will be given once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, except where required by law.
Please ensure you review the details of any digital products carefully before purchasing.
4. Group Programmes or Courses
Refunds for group programmes (such as multi-week courses or group hypnotherapy) will only be considered prior to the programme start date. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued unless the programme is cancelled by Trauma Reset or exceptional circumstances apply.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by and complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK consumer protection laws.
If a service you purchased is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or is not as described, you may have the right to a refund or alternative resolution under UK law.

To request a refund, please email us at lesley@traumareset.com with your full name, the service or product purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
